Responsible AI Use

Effective date: July 31, 2026

GoBeze Data Strategies uses artificial intelligence tools to enhance the speed, depth, and quality of our work — the same way we use spreadsheets, business intelligence platforms, and statistical software. We believe our clients deserve to know how these tools are used and how their information is protected. This page describes our commitments.

How We Use AI

AI tools may assist our consultants in areas such as drafting and editing documents, structuring analyses, preparing data visualizations and reports, and accelerating research. AI is an instrument in our workflow — it does not replace the professional judgment, domain expertise, or accountability of our consultants.

Our Commitments

Human oversight on every deliverable. Every work product is directed, reviewed, and validated by our consultants before it reaches you. We remain fully accountable for the accuracy, quality, and integrity of everything we deliver — regardless of the tools used to produce it.
Your data is never used to train AI models. We do not enter client confidential information into AI tools that retain inputs or use them to train models accessible to third parties. We use business-grade tools configured with data-protection safeguards.
Sensitive data is protected before processing. Where engagements involve personally identifiable information or sensitive financial records, we apply safeguards such as de-identification and anonymization before any AI-assisted processing, consistent with our confidentiality obligations.
Confidentiality standards apply without exception. AI-assisted work is governed by the same non-disclosure agreements, data-handling requirements, and professional confidentiality standards as all of our client work.
You stay in control. If your organization has specific requirements, restrictions, or approval processes around AI use, tell us. We will honor them in our engagement terms — including refraining from AI use for specified work upon request.
Transparency on request. Upon request, we will disclose the categories of AI tools used in your engagement and how they are configured to protect your information.

Why We Work This Way

Our clients — government agencies, universities, and mission-driven organizations — are accountable to the public, to funders, and to the communities they serve. Responsible technology use is part of earning and keeping that trust. We hold our AI practices to the same standard we bring to data governance in our client work: transparent, documented, and built around protecting the people behind the data.
