Meet Our Founder
Charles Burton
Founder & Managing Partner
Charles Burton has spent more than a decade turning data into a force multiplier for organizations doing complex, consequential work. His career spans the NYC nonprofit space, government agencies, private-sector consulting, and a Big 4 firm, giving him a rare blend of grassroots experience, public-sector know-how, and enterprise-level rigor.
Background
Charles began his career in the NYC nonprofit space, supporting data strategy efforts at organizations working on the front lines of housing, health, and community care. At Breaking Ground, Harlem United, and ARCHIVE Global, he contributed to missions rooted in serving vulnerable and overburdened communities—from advancing health equity in Harlem through healthcare, housing, and harm reduction, to improving health outcomes for at-risk communities around the world. He later brought that same practical, mission-first approach to the public sector, leading data projects for FEMA, the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority, the U.S. Economic Development Administration, and California’s education system. Across each role, Charles has focused on a simple but powerful idea: better data helps leaders make better decisions, faster.

After years working for organizations on the front lines of community impact, Charles moved into a management role at a Big 4 firm, where he sharpened his approach against the highest standards in consulting, operations, and delivery. He went on to found GoBeze Data Strategy, a nimble firm built for organizations that need more than dashboards—they need a partner who understands complexity, respects constraints, and knows how to help teams turn data into clear strategy, stronger operations, and measurable results.
Credentials
Charles holds degrees from New York University and the University of Redlands. Charles is also a proud Marine Corps veteran. He sees his service as part of a lifelong commitment to helping organizations solve hard problems and create meaningful impact.
