Meet Our Founder
Before starting GoBeze, Charles Burton spent his career moving between seemingly disparate worlds: the military, urban planning, Big Four consulting, and the nonprofit sector. He deployed to Iraq at 19, studied urban planning at NYU, and eventually brought that same instinct for solving complex problems to financial and data strategy at Ernst & Young. Along the way, he worked with the State of California, the Los Angeles Homeless Authority, and San Bernardino Community College — all organizations doing vital work, often without the internal infrastructure to match their ambition.
Charles started GoBeze after he kept seeing the same scenario: mission-driven organizations held back by financial chaos they didn't have the time or tools to fix. GoBeze is his way of putting Big Four-level expertise to work for the leaders that need it most, delivered with the kind of personal attention that large firms rarely offer.
